Our students did a good deed for our officials tonight. They all signed thank you cards for each official and had a take home surprise for them. We appreciate everything our officials do!

Culinary Arts students competed in chopped today!
Yesterday, students were given mystery ingredients, they had to plan a dish using all the ingredients plus other ingredients of their choice from the kitchen. Then today they executed those dishes!
Each group did a great job at being creative and executing their dishes.
Their mystery ingredients they had to use were:
Croissants
Shrimp
Fruit Preserves
Peanut Butter




Culinary Apps students got to try their hands at making Crème Brûlée this week!
