The leadership class traveled to Mrs. Winder's kindergarten class this past week to work with number recognition.








The Eighth Grade Action 8 committee is discussing activities and plans for the end of year celebration of our 8th grade students.




Friday the eighth graders had a job fair day. The students created resumes and signed up for mock interviews from our gracious community members who volunteered time to assist with this project.

Parsons Middle School students had the chance this week to learn foam printmaking. Students use a sheet of foam to create an indented design. They then roll ink out on the foam sheet so it coats all the raised areas and press it on paper. Their design is then revealed


Our middle school athletes had a great day competing in Coffeyville with perfect weather and strong performances across the board. Proud of their hard work and excited for what’s ahead this season!






USD 503 is hosting their annual Sports Physical Event on May 5th at the Middle School, and May 7th at the High School. There is no cost for these physicals. Consent Packets are available in the main office, and in the health office. Spots are limited, so make sure completed consents are returned no later that April 22nd!
It's important to note that physicals done BEFORE May 1st are only good for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. Physicals done May 1st or after are good for the entire 25-26 school year.

After a week of hard work, Jackson Pegues beat all other 6th graders in the final March Madness bracket. In order to win this, students had to answer questions reviewing every 6th grade standard taught! Way to go Jackson!!



6th Graders earned a game day after 4 days of hard work on ELA State Assessments!











Mr.Campmier's 6th grade FACS class made french toast this morning!




Ms. Smith's and Ms. Beery's March Madness winners enjoyed a pizza party at lunch today!





Both of these eighth graders advanced in the Elks essay contest. At districts, AJ won and Jacqcen was runner up. Then at state, Jacqcen took first. We are so proud of both of these students.
