Students in Mrs. Brimm's class were able to experiment with different temperatures of water to "make it rain" while creating a model. They used what they had learned about the water cycle to build their models.

Mrs. Shields' class missed Ms. Ryan, Garfield school counselor, and so enjoyed having her visit our class! 💙💛

Mr. Holmes' class discovered how the eye works by creating their own models. Did you know our pupil is a hole that gets smaller and larger to adjust the level of light, so we can see better?

Part 1: Happy Valentine's Day from Mr. Holmes' class! We celebrated with an ice cream sundae party.

Part 3: Happy Valentine's Day from Mr. Holmes' class! We celebrated with an ice cream sundae party.

Part 2: Happy Valentine’s Day from Mr. Holmes' class! We reviewed our grammar skill by writing adjectives to describe each other on hearts. For reading, we read and learned how chocolate is made. For math, we reviewed fractions and decimals using conversation hearts.
